With power applied. The yellow “Status” light on either the Transmitter or Receiver is not “ON” and blinking.

The two most common causes for this failure are… #1. The wrong power has been applied and the power circuit within the Transmitter or Receiver, or both, has been blown. #2. You connected the power backwards. You will need to return the system back to us for service.

With power applied. The yellow “Status” light on the both the Transmitter and Receiver is “ON” and blinking.

Have you connected antennas to both the Transmitter and Receiver? If you have not, retry testing with antennas attached.

Have you secured the switch or shorting wire your using to the input terminal blocks? Sometimes the insulation on the wire is not stripped far enough and prevents a good connection in the terminal block.

How are you checking that the Receiver is not working? Do you have a model that has an “Open-collector output? There will be nothing to see or measure. You must connect an external relay to this model as shown in the product manual to observe the receiver is operating.

How are you checking that the Receiver is not working? Do you have a model that has an “Open-collector output and requires you to add an external relay? There will be nothing to see or measure. You must connect an external relay to this model as shown in the product manual to observe the receiver is operating. If you purchased a model that already has relay installed, you should be able to hear the relay clicking when activated. Some relays also have indicator lights that will also show the relay has turned on.
