Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm (CST) Monday through Friday only, excluding state or federal holidays.
CUSTOM AND LONG LEAD TIME PRODUCT ORDER PROCESSING
The following product groups listed below are either custom or built-to-order products and require extended lead time to complete our Build-Test-QC process before they ship. The list below outlines the estimated factory time needed before your order ships to you. Please contact us directly by email before placing your order should you require a more accurate ship date or would like to expedite your order.
Wireless Control Products - 10-11 Days.
Temperature Control Panels - 14-15 Days.
Alarm Control Panels - 7-8 Days.
Lighting Control Panels - 14-15 Days.
Solar Power Systems - 8-9 Days.
NOTE - Large scale orders of 5 units or more could require much longer lead times than what's listed above. Please contact us by email to request a quote and ship time estimate prior to placing a large order of more that 5 of the same items.
SHIPPING METHOD
All items are shipped via UPS or USPS. You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information after the product has left our warehouse.
UPS (United Parcel Service)
UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. They also will not deliver to a Post Office box unless your mailbox is located within a UPS store.
USPS (United States Postal Service)
All orders that are shipped by the USPS are shipped Priority Mail.
PLEASE NOTE
1. We do not ship on Texas State or Federal holidays.
2. All orders over $200 will be shipped "Signature Required".
3. All orders must be shipped to your billing address.
4. We do not ship Internationally.
Where We Ship.
Currently we only ship orders to U.S. addresses, this includes all 50 states and Puerto Rico, We do not ship orders to Guam or US Virgin Islands.
Order Tracking
When you order is shipped you will receive a e-mail from us. The e-mail will include a Tracking Number. This can be used to track your order and estimate delivery.
